Lenawee County, Jackson, Washtenaw, Monroe, & Hillsdale
Slusarski Materials, LLC was founded in 2016, in response to the local community’s need for disposal of concrete, asphalt, and excess dirt spoils. The Slusarski Materials yard is located on M52 just south of Adrian.
Concrete and asphalt that is disposed of at Slusarski Materials is crushed and screened to provide material that will pass MDOT 21AA aggregate specifications. 1"x3" crushed concrete is also produced for use as base stabilization. Unusable organic dirt spoil is also screened with our Doppstadt topsoil screener to remove debris, roots, and lumps to provide a high quality topsoil for useful for grass or other planting.
Today, Slusarski is proud to offer complete, integrated sitework services to our communities of Lenawee, Jackson, Washtenaw, Monroe, and Hillsdale. We work on all types of projects - residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial. Contact us at any stage of your project.
What happens to construction materials after demolition? If you undertake extensive excavation or demolition work to a jobsite, our local team can remove, recycle, and even re-sell your used construction materials.
Prepare your worksite for your project with our local demolition services. No need for subcontractors with Slusarski; we have the crew and heavy equipment to oversee and handle your entire project. Demolition services include the destruction of buildings, trees, materials, and other obstacles on your jobsite.
Once demolished, Slusarski will dispose of all recyclable construction materials, such as crushed/screened asphalt, crushed/screened concrete, and screened topsoil. We will also process the disposed construction materials into useable construction material.
Your project is taken care of with Slusarski. We are professional and capable – and we have the local reputation to prove it. We started as an excavation and paving company; today we’ve expanded to include sitework from concept to completion. That includes our in-house materials division, created to offer you a local solution to the removal and disposal of crushed/screened asphalt and concrete.
By doing it all in-house, we’re able to control all details of the project. That means timing, quality control, and cost are carefully managed from the beginning of your project to its completion, resulting in a job that’s done the right way, the first time.
